Kristen and I have been working out together since May. What an amazing difference my shape has taken in that time! Last month alone I've lost 8lbs and put on muscle. She takes her time and is always very motivating. I've always had a hard time getting the dead lift movement pattern. Kristen was the only trainer that I have ever worked with that was dedicated enough to find that a hybrid stance was what I needed for my own body mechanics. She always cleans, sanitizes the equipment, and wears a mask to keep things safe. Kristen is an absolute delight to work with and I recommend her highly to anyone looking to get stronger and/or loose weight!

Kristen is hands down amazing! I have had trainers since I was 14yo (now 32) and Kristen is the first one who didn't just put me through the motions. She made sure I was using the right muscle and not letting my stronger ones take over. She taught me proper form and watched my every move making sure I didn't injure myself. I have gotten the BEST results with Kristen. the pictures are proof. Kristen isn't your normal trainer. Shes kind and truly cares about you! Her compassion and non judgment makes you feel safe when doing/starting a program that makes you vulnerable......Don't get me wrong, she will push you and you will be sore! I'm beyond grateful for Kristen and her passion to help people.

If I could give Kristen a million stars I would. She is a hidden treasure, and I've been so lucky to have her as my personal trainer. She is extremely knowledgeable, she plans out your workouts, she helps with nutrition, she is  flexible with scheduling, and she's smart!  If you're looking for someone in the area as personal training, she is like no other trainer that I've worked with.
